2024 MPTA Conference & Expo Information
2024 MPTA State Conference & Expo will be held September 3-5 at the Westin St. Louis at Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis, MO.
Plans are underway for an exciting 2024 Missouri Public Transit Association State Conference & Expo set in downtown St. Louis, steps away from the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, with networking opportunities, mobile workshops, and a special sponsor opportunity for Wednesday evening, Sept. 4.
The conference will run from Tuesday, Sept. 3 through Thursday, Sept. 5, 2024. We have built in as much exhibitor time as possible with the opening reception on Tuesday evening in the Exhibit Hall, time to meet with conference attendees all day on Wednesday and a special evening reception offsite. EXHIBITOR AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Exhibitor and sponsor registration is now open. Must be registered early with payment by August 2, 2024, to ensure special arrangements can be made. If registered after August 2, 2024 inclusion on print materials, premium booth assignment, website posting, including items in package or signage cannot be guaranteed.
Vehicle display space will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact Travis Wood at 314-231-7272 or by email at twood@mopublictransit.org if you are interested in displaying a vehicle.
Exhibits Include: 8 X 10 booth includes set-up and tear down of (1) 6 X 3 skirted table, (2) chairs, and (1) wastebasket. Vehicle display space will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

VENDOR PRIZE DRAWINGS
Vendor drawings will be held at an event designed to highlight vendor participation. Attendees must visit the vendor booths to be eligible to enter for prizes. Each exhibitor is asked to donate one gift or prize for this vendor event. Items in various price ranges are suggested. Use your imagination!

CANCELLATION POLICY
If commitment is cancelled in writing prior to August 2, 2024, MPTA will provide a 50% refund. There will be NO REFUND after August 2, 2024.
