Cape Girardeau County Transit Authority is seeking a new executive director.
The Executive Director assumes overall responsibility for all facets of the transit authority’s operation. This position directs and oversees the coordination and long-term planning of countywide transportation. The Executive Director provides the primary leadership for the organization and ultimately employs all other management staff and personnel. The position has ultimate responsibility for fiscal oversight of the transit authority’s approximate $3.2 million annual operating budget, in addition to securing funding for capital related needs.
