East-West Gateway releases call for 5310 projects

East-West Gateway Council of Governments will begin the Section 5310 call for projects on Friday, January 26, 2018. The Section 5310 program provides federal funding to improve mobility for seniors and people with disabilities to qualifying organizations. Eligible activities include capital projects such as accessible vehicles, related equipment, mobility management, and operating projects. Applications are due to East-West Gateway on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 4:00 PM.

The Section 5310 Program Workbook and Application will be available online on Friday, January 26, 2018 at http://www.ewgateway.org/transportation-planning/transportation-improvement-program/competitive-transportation-programs/section-5310/. I will also email the Section 5310 Program Workbook and Application on January 26.

Section 5310 Informational Workshop

A Section 5310 Informational Workshop will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 9:30 AM to clarify program requirements, application procedures, project selection criteria, and schedules and procedures. The Workshop will be held at the East-West Gateway office, located at 1 Memorial Drive, Ste. 1600, St. Louis, MO 63102. Parking will be validated for up to 2 hours at the Stadium East Garage.
