Due to the override of three pieces of legislation that will impact state revenues, the Governor has issued additional spending restrictions (withholds) to compensate for this cost. The Governor announced the additional withholds today. The $20 million MO MOVES cost-share program with 1/3 earmarked for multi-modal has been removed.
