(Kansas City, Mo. – June 25, 2013) Unified Government (UG) Transit and the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority are improving the transportation experience for transit riders, pedestrians and cyclists along the enhanced State Avenue Connex corridor. A public meeting will be held tomorrow to discuss upcoming changes.

- When: Wednesday, June 26, 2013, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Where: West Wyandotte Library, 1737 N 82nd St, Kansas City, Kansas 66112
Discussion will include the new 7th Street Transit Center and the new 47th & State Transit Center. Several Metro and UG Transit routes will change in August and September to provide customers with a more efficient transit service. Representatives from the UG Transit and the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss ideas.
