  Strategic Advocacy: Learn how to effectively communicate with elected officials at all levels from someone who has been doing so for nearly 30 years. Communication techniques, goal setting and outcome-based advocacy will be front and center in this session. Be sure to bring your challenges to the table.

KCATA’s Innovative Programming in MO: Freedom Program and Veterans’ Program Presenter: Jameson Auten, KCATA Chief of Regional Service Delivery and Innovations Procurement & Transit   Presenter: Heath Pickerill, MO RTAP Downtown GoCOMO Transit Center Tour; Led by GoCOMO Director of Parking and Transit Drew Brooks. This tour will include a look at Columbia’s successful electric bus fleet, charging stations & Downtown Transit Center.
