Join MPTA for a virtual round table discussion on Recruitment and Retention on Wednesday, August 30 at 12:00 pm as part of MPTA’s Education Series.  Pre-registration is required to attend and can be completed HERE.

Speakers from KCATA will tell the story of their agency’s successful recruitment and retention efforts amid a challenging labor market.  Participants will have the opportunity to learn from KCATA’s efforts, ask questions, and discuss lessons learned, challenges, and opportunities regarding recruitment with other transit providers in the state.  A recording of the presentation and discussion will be made available to participants following the event.  Questions regarding the event can be submitted to twood@mopublictransit.org.
