MPTA Education Series Presents FTA PTASP Workshop

This workshop is targeted at Missouri transit agencies and will focus on the minimum requirements needed for agencies to comply with the PTASP rule (49 C.F.R. Part 673) and provide Safety Management Systems implementation strategies. Additionally, the workshop will discuss how to begin creating agency safety plans, including the identification of key stakeholders to coordinate agency safety plan development.

Following the training, there will be an opportunity to meet one on one with MoDOT to discuss group plan components and/or tour the transit facilities in St. Joseph located at 702 S 5th St, St Joseph, MO 64501. Please email kcella@mopublictransit.org if plan to stay for meeting with MoDOT or tour.
