The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is holding the 18th annual FTA Drug and Alcohol Program conference in Kansas City, March 18-20. The free, three-day conference will provide those in attendance with a background on 49 CFR Part 655 (Prevention of Alcohol Misuse and Prohibited Drug Use in Transit Operators) and 49 CFR Part 40 (Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs).
A variety of topics and sessions will be available to attendees. Registrants may customize their experience to meet the specific needs of their employer. While there is no registration fee associated with the conference, all travel-related expenses, including meals and accommodations, are the responsibility of the registrant. Space at the conference is limited and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
