RideKC Introduces New Summer Program: RideKC Explore Tour

Starting June 1, RideKC will encourage transit ridership throughout the summer by implementing a passport-style stamp system at various Kansas City attractions. The program will be called the RideKC Explore Tour and will begin on June 1 and extend through September 2.

Each participating location will have a unique stamp that transit riders can collect. Upon collecting at least five stamps, participants can win a prize bag full of RideKC merchandise (while supplies last). Stamp books and prize bags will be available at all locations.

Frank White, III, President and CEO of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority said, “We are excited to launch an engaging program this summer for kids, families and all interested riders to experience the value and connectivity public transportation brings to some key Kansas City attractions. We’re thankful to the participating regional partners who are helping make this new program a success.”
