SERVE, Inc. has announced that Stephanie Rademan will serve as CEO effective April 29. Rademan steps into the role with 23 years of experience leading nonprofits. With experience administering grants, managing staff and volunteers, and fundraising, Rademan views the CEO appointment as a natural progression in her career.
Rademan’s role will include oversight of SERVE Tran, Callaway County’s public transportation provider which has been in operation since 1976. Drivers pick up and drop off residents at their front door.
Rademan commented, “The SERVE mission resonates and aligns perfectly with my own. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with such a dedicated staff that is already producing at such a high level. I know that together we can do even more to combat the effects of poverty and food deserts in our community.”
Rademan is joining SERVE, Inc. during a pivotal moment. They are currently raising funds to renovate and relocate to a new location which they purchased last year. Rademan is excited by the possibilities of the new location where SERVE, Inc. will be able to house all of their programs and services under one roof.
