The Federal Transit Administration has announced a series of in-person as well as virtual workshops that will take place prior to the FY2024 Triennial and State Management Review Cycle. These workshops will cover a variety of topics, including: the review process, federal rules, regulations, and FTA policy. The FTA highly encourages staff who are responsible for compliance within their organizations to attend.
In-person workshops will take place at multiple locations around the country. Of particular interest to MPTA members will be the workshop in Kansas City on March 18th-19th at the Hotel Indigo on Grand Boulevard. Advance registration is required and can be completed at this web address.
Additionally, the FTA will be facilitating four virtual Triennial Review workshops and four virtual State Management Review workshops. These virtual workshops will cover the same topics as the in-person workshops but do not have restrictions on capacity. The virtual workshops will consist of four, three-hour sessions that take place over the course of 4 days. Advance registration is required and can be completed at this web address.
