Ride KC’s New East-West Connector Route Starts July 2

The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) announces the launch of a new route that will connect locals and visitors to some of Kansas City’s top attractions for free. Starting Sunday, July 2, RideKC will begin the new 18X East-West connector from Southwest Boulevard to the Crossroads and 18th & Vine Districts.

The new route will offer service every 30 minutes from 2-10 p.m. seven days a week. Both locals and visitors can use the public transportation to enjoy a variety of restaurants, including BBQ and Mexican favorites, and get to beloved destinations such as the historical American Jazz and Negro Leagues Baseball Museums, and several breweries.
