The East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) will open a call for projects and release application materials for the Section 5310 program on Friday, April 21, 2023. The Section 5310 program provides federal funding to improve mobility for seniors and people with disabilities to qualifying organizations. Eligible activities include capital projects such as accessible vehicles, related equipment, mobility management, and operating projects.
An Informational Workshop on the Section 5310 program will be held online on April 27, 2023, from 9:00-11:00 am. The workshop will clarify program requirements, application procedures, and project selection criteria. Attendance is not required to apply for funding but is strongly recommended.
