U.S. Rep. Sam Graves Named New Chair of House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

 

U.S Representative Graves from Missouri has been selected as Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

Graves was elected to the Missouri House of Representatives in 1992. After one term, he was elected to the Missouri Senate in 1994 and reelected in 1998. Since 2001, Graves has served as the United States representative for Missouri’s 6th congressional district.

Chair Graves has worked over the years with MPTA providers including the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority to ensure Missouri’s transit infrastructure moves forward.
