OATS Transit’s Executive Director Dorothy Yeager celebrated 35 years with the organization in December. Yeager started at OATS Transit as the Communications Assistant in 1987. Since then, Dorothy has held several positions within OATS Transit and was promoted to Executive Director ten years ago in 2012. Colleagues credit Dorothy’s calm spirit, insight, and compassion towards both her employees and those she is serving in the community as part of her success.
“Congratulations to Dorothy on her 35-year anniversary. Dorothy is a consummate transit champion and leader across the state of Missouri. Missouri is lucky to have her working every day to move transit forward across the state while serving OATS customers,” said Kim Cella, Executive Director of MPTA.
