The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has named a new MultiModal Operations Division Director. Jerica Holtsclaw accepted the position effective Aug. 1, 2022.
The Multimodal Operations division performs statewide planning, grant administration and technical assistance in the areas of aviation, railroads, transit, freight development and waterways. This division has the full picture of the state’s transportation system, and it’s at the forefront of planning a more reliable and resilient system for the future.
Jerica began her career with MoDOT in 2000 as a highway designer. After 17 years serving multiple roles in the Design division, she became a planning and programming coordinator in Transportation Planning. Since 2019, Jerica has served as the Motor Carrier Services division director.
