The MPTA, in partnership with National RTAP presents an overview of The National RTAP ADA Toolkit, which was updated in June 2020 with new content, resources, explanations, templates, questions and answers, glossary, and more. The Toolkit is meant to give rural and tribal transit managers an overview of their responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations to provide equal service to all passengers. Join Cara Marcus, National RTAP, and Beth Hamby and Buffy Ellis, KFH Group, for an overview of the updated toolkit’s sections, features, and functionality. Members of the Iowa Public Transit Association joined MPTA members for this event. Regulations and specifications for both Missouri and Iowa were covered.
