Bi-State Development has recently posted two openings in their Program Development and Grants Department in St. Louis.
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT and GRANTS
Support Metro’s capital needs by obtaining and administering grant funding in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Identify, develop, and manage capital programs for the Agency. Acquire and coordinate any and all internal/external resources (grants, funding, personnel) needed to implement capital projects. Ensure completion of projects within allotted time and resources. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with funding sources, public officials, and Agency managers and staff.
GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR
To manage the section of the department and administration of the Metro’s grant program by providing guidance to management on matters involving federal, state and local grant processes, grant rules, regulations and guidelines; maintaining a cooperative working relationship with funding jurisdiction; supporting the Agency needs by obtaining and managing grant funding; assisting the Agency in the completion of projects within the allotted time and resources, and participating in special projects, as needed. Also manage staff to achieve its mission and interact and establish relationships with current and future funding sources.
