All recipients of ARRA grants awarded as of September 30, 2009 must comply with Section 1512 of the Recovery Act by submitting reports through http://www.federalreporting.gov/ After October 10th, recipients will have the opportunity to revise information that has already been submitted, but will not be able to submit a new report. Noncompliance with 1512 reporting requirements will be treated as a violation of the grant award agreement and systematic or chronic reporting problems may result in temporary holds on reimbursement, termination of Federal funding and/or initiation of suspension and disbarment proceedings.
