As part of developing Transportation Outlook 2040, the region's new long-range transportation plan for Greater Kansas City, MARC must forecast land use in 2040 to estimate the demand for travel and evaluate options for satisfying it. How many people and jobs will be located in Greater Kansas City in 2040, and where will they live and work?
