A Midwest College Town Looks At Improving Public Transit

This particular college town, however, is in Kansas.  Manhattan, Kansas, home of K-State, is putting together a comprehensive plan to use federal funding to promote ridership, alleviate pressure on University parking, and assist those residents who do not have cars, or who do not wish to use them.  The money for improvements would not all come from the federal sector, but from other sources as well. If it can be done in Kansas, perhaps in Missouri also?  The full article is available here.
