…..Kansas. There, the state's name has been said. No nonsense about "border wars" and sports stuff, this is important. The city of Lawrence has spent over 90-thousand dollars and brought in consultants to ride busses, paratransit vans, and hold over 30 meetings–several of them open to the general public, many with neighborhood groups and specific city committees–to make public transit better and stronger, especially with the University population. The consultants are from the Kansas City area, and from Iowa. It's a good idea, no matter which state you live in! Read more about it here.
