Spending package leaves out dollars for St. Louis public transit

The Takeaway has a story about the economic package moving through Congress, and what it means for public transportation in St. Louis: "Stimulus plan neglects public transportation in St. Louis." 

According to the story, "The economic spending bill now being debated in the Senate would pour hundreds of billions of dollars into the economy.
